How to Share a Public Link Form in Assurance
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to share a publicly linked Assurance register and Form with internal staff, contractors or external users.
1. Sharing a publicly linked register and form
1. Select the Administration gear icon from the navigation menu.
2. Select Registers & Forms Templates.
3. Locate the Form you wish to access the public link for (e.g. Incident Form or Provider Due Diligence).
4. Select the Name of the form.
5. Select the Public Link tab.
6. Select Go to Link to open the Public Link in a new tab or select Copy to copy the Public Link to your clipboard.
You will now be able to paste this link and share it as you wish, whether that be via email or instant messaging.
