How to Edit a UGC Page
UGC pages also known as User Generated Content are pages that you or someone in your organisation have created. You can identify which pages are UGC in your PolicyConnect site as they all have this icon next to them . UGC pages are the only pages on your PolicyConnect site that can be edited in full.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to edit a UGC page.
To Edit a UGC Page
1. Click the Eye icon in the top menu to enter Administrator View
2. Click the Slider in the top menu to enter Draft Mode
3. Click the name of the module that your UGC Page sits within in the left-hand menu. In this example we have selected the "Infection Prevention and Control Program".
4. Click the name of the UGC Page you which to edit.
5. Click the Pencil in the top right of the UGC page which will then reveal an editing screen.
6. Make your desired changes to the title and body of the UGC page within the editing screen
8. Click the Save button in the top-right
