How to Access and Export the Content Register
The content register provides administrators with one location where they can easily access information about all of their content. The following details for each page are included in the content register:
- Page name
- Site Location
- Link to the page
- Content Type (Ideagen Policy Logic or User Generated)
- Public Link (on/off)
- Visibility (on/off)
- Date the content was last updated
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access the content register and how to export the content register.
To Access and Export the Content Register
1. Click the Eye in the top menu to enter Administrator View.
2. Click the Gear in the top menu bar to enter Settings.
3. Select Content Register in the left menu
4. Click the Arrow to minimise the left menu and view the content register across the full page.
5. Click the Filter button to refine your search results
Optional Click the checkbox next to Save this filter, if you would like to use the same filters to refine future search results. If you choose this option, give the filter a name in the space provided.
6. Click Apply Filter and a list of results that fit your search criteria should appear.
7. Click Export CSV or Export PDF to export the content register.
(Applicable to Group Customers only): Click the blank checkbox next to Include Child Site Content if you would like to export the content register report for your parent site and child sites.
8. Click Download the CSV or PDF file should then appear in your Downloads folder.
Tip: You can click any of the column headings to sort the information in ascending or descending order (A-Z or Date).
