How to Create, Edit, Share and Deactivate Launchpads in Assurance
The Launchpad feature in Assurance provides a simple and effective way to present Forms to key stakeholders who do not need to be Users of Assurance.
In this article, you will learn how to:
To Create a Launchpad
1. Click the Gear in the top menu
2. Click the Launchpads button
3. Click the + Create Launchpad button.
4. Enter the title of your Launchpad in the space provided
5. Write a description of your Launchpad in the space provided
6. Tick the Status box to make the Launchpad Active.
7. Add active Public Link forms in the white space under Registers and Forms Templates Public Links. Simply typing into the white space will bring up Forms with active Public Links, which you can select.
8. Select Create to create your Launchpad.
To Edit a Launchpad
1. Click the Gear in the top menu
2. Click the Launchpads button
3. Select the title of the Launchpad you want to edit e.g. Ideagen Policy Logic Incident & Feedback Forms
4. Click the Edit button
5. Make the desired changes
6. Click Update

To Share a Launchpad
1. Click the Gear in the top menu
2. Click the Launchpads button

3. Select the title of the Launchpad you want to share e.g. Ideagen Policy Logic Incident & Feedback Forms
4. Click the Copy button next to the URL
You can also preview the Launchpad by selecting the Go to Launchpad option pictured above.
To Deactivate a Launchpad
1. Click the Gear in the top menu
2. Click the Launchpads button

3. Select the title of the Launchpad you want to deactivate e.g. Ideagen Policy Logic Incident & Feedback Forms
4. Click the Deactivate button
This will mean wherever you have added the URL of the launchpad will no longer be accessible.
