Ideagen Policy Logic supports a number of Assurance integrations, including but not limited to Telstra Health (iCare), Clipboard and Power BI. Please visit the Assurance Integrations section to learn more.

To create an API key for setting up your integration (required for Clipboard and PowerBI), the Integrations addon needs to be enabled for your Assurance site, if not already. Please open a ticket with Ideagen Policy Logic Support to request the Integration addon be enabled for your Assurance site. Once switched on, it will be available under the General section of Administration.

Please note: You must be an Administrator with access to Administration settings to generate an API key, once the Integration addon is enabled for your Assurance site.

1. Select the Administration Gearwheel on the top right of the screen. Once the Integration addon has been enabled for your Assurance site, select the Integration button under the General section.

2. Select API Key.


3. Select the blue + Create API key button.



4. Enter a Name for the API key and select the blue Save button.

5. A string of numbers will appear (hidden in the screenshot). Select the green Activate button, then select the Copy button. The API key is ready to use to set up your integration.
