How to Share an Assurance Report

Full Users who want guidance on sharing a Custom Report with other Full Users in Assurance.
Full User Type and Share Report Access Role are required.
Full Users can share the Custom Reports they create with other Full Users. To share a Custom Report, you must have the Share Report Access Role. Additionally, Full Users need appropriate Access Rights to view the data in a shared Custom Report.
1. Sharing an Assurance Report
1. Select on the Reports tab from the navigation bar.
2. Under the Custom Report section, select on the desired custom report.
3. Under the Report Sharing Settings section, select This report is shared with:
4. Select whether the report is shared with All Full Users, Selected Full Users or All Full Users in Selected Business Units.
Please note
Custom Reports can only be shared with other Full Users. Lite Users are unable to access Reports.
4. Select on the blue tick to save your changes. Your report will be shared with the relevant users.
5. To remove the sharing, choose Not Shared.
Please note
When a Custom Report is shared with another Full User, they can adjust the fields and filters before exporting it. However, they won't be able to save these changes to the shared report. Instead, they can use the Save As option to create a new report for their own use. Super Users can save changes and permanently delete a shared report.
