How to Set Up SMS Conditional Notifications in Assurance

Assurance can send a text or Short Message Service (SMS) conditional notification from a register template.

1. SMS Set Up Requirements
SMS Notifications are currently limited to Australian Mobile numbers. In order to use this option, the notified person will need to have a mobile number listed in their user account.
2. Setting Up SMS Conditional Notifications

Once you have an active SMS integration subscription, contact our support team to enable the addon in your Assurance site. The SMS addon must be switched on before you will be able to set it up.
If you selected to send a SMS conditional notification, you will need to fill out:
- SMS: A 160 character message that will be sent as a text to the notified persons. Your SMS will always include a link to the associated Form. The 160 characters includes the link the URL. If your message is more that 160 characters it will be sent as multiple SMS messages.
Now select Update to finish setting up the notification.
