Managing export module update information
Who is this article for?
Administrators who need to access, review, or export module update information.
No special access or permissions are required.
Administrators can accept content updates, view the status of all modules, and review historical update notes from the My content status screen. This guide explains how to access this screen, accept updates, and export update notes.
1. Access the My Content status screen
- Select the Eye icon in the top menu to enter administrator view.
- Select the Gear icon in the top menu.
- Select Content admin in the left‑hand menu.
- Select the My content status tab.
- The My content status screen displays all modules on your site along with their current update status.

| Module name / update notes | Displays the module name and the page icon. Selecting the page icon shows a list of update notes for all accepted updates for that module. |
| Status | Current means the latest updates have been accepted. Pending means updates are available but not yet accepted. |
| Last update | Shows the date and time the module was last updated. |
- If you are on a parent site, you will also see an additional icon showing the number of updates waiting to be published or distributed to child sites.
2. Accept pending updates via the My Content status page
- Locate the module with a Pending status.
- Select the relevant action button to accept the update.
- Follow any on‑screen prompts to complete the update process.
3. View or export the update notes history for a module
- Select the Page icon next to the module you want to review.
- A window will appear showing all previously accepted updates and their update notes.
- Select Export to print or save a copy of the update notes log.
