The Google Translate extension allows you to translate your PolicyConnect site and it's content into another language.

How to Add the Google Translate Extension to your Browser

1. Open your Google Chrome browser

2. Type Chrome Extension Store in the search bar

3. Select the Chrome Web Store from the search results that appear

4. Select the Google Translate Extension 

5. Click Add to Chrome in the top-right of the screen

6. Select Add Extension on the window that appears

7. Select the Extension icon next to your URL bar

8. Select the pin next to Google Translate, this will pin the extension next to your URL bar to provide you quicker access

How to Translate your PolicyConnect Site and Content 

1. Go to PolicyConnect

2. Click the Google Translate extension next to your URL bar

3. Select TRANSLATE THIS PAGE

4. Click the downward facing arrow next to English 

5. Select the language that you would like the page to be translated to from the dropdown menu that appears.

Please note: You can only download policy pages in their original language, however if you would like to save a copy of the policy page in the translated language, simply right click on the page and select print. Here you will be able to save the page as a PDF.
