Full user type with checklist create rights are required.

Assurance enables administrators to export checklists as a JSON file from one Assurance site and import the checklist back into another Assurance site. This article provides step-by-step instructions on exporting and importing an entire checklist in Assurance.

1. Exporting an entire checklist

1. Select Checklists from the navigation menu.

2. Select Checklists from the dropdown menu.

3. Select the key next to the checklist you would like to export.

4. Select the Export Checklist button.

5. The checklist should then appear in your Downloads folder.

2. Importing an entire checklist

1. Navigate to the Assurance site that you would like to import the checklist to.

2. Select Checklists from the navigation menu.

3. Select Checklists from the dropdown menu.

4. Select the downward facing arrow next to Create Checklist.

5. Select Import Checklist from the dropdown menu.

6. Select the Add Files button.

7. Select the file from your Downloads folder.

8. Select the Start Upload button.

If successful, you should then see a confirmation message that your checklist has been imported.
