Administrators who want guidance on creating a QR code for a launchpad or form in Assurance.

Administration access is required.

Assurance allows you to generate a QR code for launchpads and forms for easy sharing.

This article walks you through the process of generating one for a public link form.

1. Creating a QR code

To create a code:

1. Access Administration in the top menu.
2. Go to Registers & Forms Templates.

3. Find and open the form you wish to add a QR code for.
4. Switch to the Public Link tab.

5. Click the Scan QR Code button.

This will reveal the QR code you can scan to access the public link form.

2. Sharing a QR code

To share a code:

1. Click Download QR Code.
2. Save the file as a PNG.
3. Share the image with those you need to access the form.
