At the beginning of each year, you will need to hide courses from the previous year, to ensure that your learners only see the most up-to-date learning resources.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to hide previous years' Learning Resources from your CompliLearn portal via the Portal Content Selection Menu.
To Hide Learning Resources via the Portal Content Selection Menu
1. Click your User Avatar in the top right
2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
3. Select Portal Content Selection in the left-hand menu
4. Click the Select content button next to the Custom selection option
5. Select the Tick icon on the Learning Resource that you want to hide from your portal.
To confirm that you have hidden a particular Learning Resource from your portal, simply look at the learning resource tile and if it has a plus icon on it, it is hidden, if it has a tick icon on it, it is visible. See the example image below for further clarification.
