What is the Module about and what is included?

Do I have to pay for the module?
The module is available at no additional charge until your 2025 renewal after which a subscription fee will apply.
Do I have to pay for the new module to be setup on my platforms?
No, there is no cost to have the resources deployed to your platforms. The only additional costs associated with the deployment are if you require any additional assistance or consulting to finalise the setup of this or any additional resources to meet your organisational needs.
Deployment and Consulting Support
I would like some additional consulting to support the deployment of this module within my organisation.

Option 1: A fixed price PLAR consulting package
Option 2: A bespoke consulting project
How long until the resources are on my site?
Once your e-quote has been signed please allow up to two weeks for the resources to be added to your platforms.
How will I know the resources have been added to my sites?
A member of the Project Delivery Team will notify you when your resources have been deployed.
Getting Access
How do I get access to the module?

What happens after I submit the form?
Once the form is submitted, your key point of contact will be in touch and arrange an e-quote to initiate the deployment of the resources.

What industries get access to this new module?
This new module is currently available to the following existing customer sectors.
- Education
- Commercial
- Not For Profit (only if they have transitioned to PolicyConnect)
- Financial Services
Please note, head office directed education Enterprise customers will be managed centrally through their respective Head Office. Please reach out to your key point of contact if you have any questions.

Is the Policy Management a PLAR module?
Yes, the new module includes resources for your Policy, Learning, and Assurance platforms.
What is included in PolicyConnect?
The Policy Management Program in PolicyConnect provides a foundation policy, procedures, and processes for Policy Management in your organisation, divided into the following sections:
- Policy Governance
- Policy Framework
- Policy Management Process
What is included in CompliLearn?
Two learning courses are shared to your CompliLearn platform that align with the Program of content provided in PolicyConnect: one course is designed for general staff and the other course for policy administrators, management and leadership.
What is included in Assurance?
A template Document Register is provided on your Assurance sandbox platform.
While the template is included as part of the Policy Management Module subscription, any assistance or consulting required to finalise the setup of the resource e.g. populating the register with your policies, developing a bespoke workflow, linking associated tasks or checklists, moving your register to your live platform etc. will be at an additional cost. See section: Deployment and Consulting Support.
Subscription Questions
If I don’t subscribe to all three platforms, can I still get the module?
You need to hold a current subscription with Ideagen Policy Logic’s content management system, PolicyConnect. If you do not subscribe to PolicyConnect then you are not eligible for any of the resources.
If you have PolicyConnect and CompliLearn only, yes you can have access.
If you have PolicyConnect and Assurance only, yes you can have access.
I don’t subscribe to PolicyConnect but I am interested in some of the other resources.
If you do not subscribe to PolicyConnect, there is an additional fee to access the resources. If you would like to know more, please contact your key point of contact to discuss.
Access issues
I have received confirmation of the resources being added, and I can’t see them on my PolicyConnect site.
- Make sure that the content is not sitting in hidden view.
- If the module content is not enabled, contact the Service Desk using the 'Support' button at the bottom right of this page.
I have received confirmation of the resources being added, and I can’t see them on my CompliLearn site.
- Make sure that the content has been shared to the Explore library on your portal.
- If the learning content is not in the Content library, contact the Service Desk using the 'Support' button at the bottom right of this page.
I have received confirmation of the resources being added, and I can’t see them on my Assurance site.
- Make sure that you are in your sandbox site.
- If the assurance content is not in the sandbox site, contact the Service Desk using the 'Support' button at the bottom right of this page.
