1. What are the Telstra Health integration requirements?
To begin the process of setting up your Telstra Health Integration, you will need to:
1. Contact the Telstra Health customer support team to upgrade your Clinical Manager system. The integration is only compatible with Clinical Manager V9.1.4 and up to the most recent version.
2. Contact the Telstra Health customer support team to get your Clinical Manager set up. You can do so by requesting the following:
"Please enable the Ideagen Policy Logic User on my Clinical Manager Production site."
3. Keep the credentials that the Telstra Health support team provide you in a safe place. You will need to enter them into Assurance further along in the integration set up process.
4. Contact our support team to enable the Telstra Health integration add-on for your Assurance live site.
Please note
The integration currently supports one incident form only.
