Assurance Logo Requirements
Your logo is used in multiple places in Assurance and the emails that Assurance sends. Here are some of the uses of your logo:
- On the Sign in screen
- On the bottom left-hand corner of most Assurance screens
- On most Assurance reports
- On Public Link and Launchpad pages

If no organisation logo is uploaded, a placeholder Ideagen logo will be displayed on Public Link and Launchpad pages.
This guide provides some guidelines on formatting your organisation's logo for Assurance and step-by-step instructions on how to upload your logo to your Assurance platform.
1. What are the Assurance logo requirements?
1. Logos for Assurance should:
- have a transparent background
- be in PNG format
- be under 500KB in size
- be vertically stacked
- be as close to a 1:1 ratio as possible, that is as close to a square as possible.
2. Logos for Assurance should not:
- have any white or grey stand-alone text, as this may blend into the background
- be wider than they are tall. This will compress the image and make it difficult to read.

If there are variations to the logo available, choose a vertically stacked logo to upload to Assurance.

2. How to upload your organisation logo in Assurance?
1. Select the Administration Gearwheel in the top menu.
2. Select the Organisation button under the General section.
3. Select the Upload Logo button under the Details tab.
4. Select the logo you wish to upload in your files.
5. Select Open. Your logo should now be updated.
