Group Publish Activities in Audit Log
Administrators are able to review the audit log to differentiate between updates that originated from Ideagen Policy Logic, Parent sites, or updates that are related to User Generated Modules. Both parent and child site administrators can easily identify the source of updates.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to view group publish activities in PolicyConnect's Audit Log.
To view group publish activities in PolicyConnect's Audit Log:
1. Click the eye in the top menu to enter Administrator View.
2. Click the gear in the top menu to enter Settings.
3. Select Audit Log in the left menu.
4. Enter the keyword Group in the search bar to see all group publish changes that have been made.
Note: the names beneath the Event Type column indicate who has made the module update i.e.

- Client Module refers to module updates that have been made by Ideagen Policy Logic or a Parent User Generated Module
- Module refers to user generated content that has been published from your site.
