Administrators have the option to delete archived user generated pages in the PolicyConnect Platform. 

Please note, a user generated page must be archived prior to deletion and a page that contains child pages cannot be deleted. To archive a user generated page, prior to deletion please see this guide.

To delete an archived user generated page, follow the below instructions:

1. Click the eye in the top menu to enter Administrator View.

2. Click the Gear in the top menu bar to enter Settings.

3. Select the Content Admin option in the side menu.

4. Select the MY ARCHIVED PAGES tab.

5. Locate the Module that the page was originally stored within and select the arrow to expand the section.

6. Locate the archived page.

7. Select the View this Page icon.

8. To delete this page, click the DELETE button.

9. A Delete Archived Pages screen will appear. Type the word Confirm in the space provided, then click DELETE.  

This user generated page should now be deleted and these changes will take immediate effect.

Please note, although this user generated page has been deleted from your PolicyConnect Platform, the system will not allow you to create another user generated page with the same title as the deleted page.
