How to Restore Archived User Generated Pages in PolicyConnect
Administrators have the option to restore archived user generated pages in the PolicyConnect Platform.
To restore an archived user generated page, follow the below instructions:
- Click the eye in the top menu to enter Administrator View
2. Click the Gear in the top menu bar to enter Settings.
3. Select the Content Admin option in the side menu.
4. Select the MY ARCHIVED PAGES tab.
5. Locate the Module that the page was originally stored within and select the arrow to expand the section.
6. Locate the archived page.
7. Select the View this Page icon.
8. The user generated page will appear on your screen. To restore this page, click the RESTORE button.
Note: To make this change visible to general users you will need to publish the change in draft mode by following the below steps:
9. Click the Ideagen Policy Logic PolicyConnect logo to return Home.
10. Click the slider in the top menu to enter draft mode. The slider will turn blue once draft mode has been enabled.
11. Locate the user generated page you would like to restore in the left-hand menu.
12. Click the blue number that appears next to the module that your page is stored within.
13. This will reveal a new screen where you will need to record the reason for this change.
14. Click UPDATE and then refresh your browser.
15. Click the slider again to exit draft mode. The slider will turn white once you have exited the draft mode.
This user generated page should now be restored and these changes should be visible on your PolicyConnect Platform.
