How to Resolve Box Login Issues
When trying to login to Box you may be redirected to the Ideagen Policy Logic Idp/SSO page. This can be an issue because if you click continue and sign in using your usual credentials this will not grant you access to the Box. Common symptoms of this issue are:
- Box isn't accepting my login details, and I can't see an option to reset my password.
- I'm trying to accept your Box invitation, but it's not working.
- I've never set a Box password, and clicking "Reset Password" doesn't send me an email.

How to Resolve Box Login Issues
1. When you follow the link to the Box folder, you may see this screen:
2. If so, click the Not part of Ideagen Policy Logic button
This should take you to the Box login screen pictured below
3. Enter your Email Address in the space provided
4. Click Next
5. Enter the password that you set when you first signed up to Box
6. Click Log in
If your password isn’t being accepted here, it can easily be reset by clicking the “Reset password” link, and following the prompts in the email that you receive.
