What can a Manager Role do in CompliLearn?

- Manage user and enrolment reporting for your staff

Centralised Portal
Some customers have a centralised portal which is being used by more than one organisation. For example, a group of schools. If you are using a centralised portal, you will be assigned as a Manager for your staff group. A centralised portal:
- Is a central platform to share content to all users on the portal.
- Allocates your staff to a ‘Group’ (your organisation part of the bigger group) when they are added to the system
- Uses an identifying name and a unique system-generated ID number for each group.
Group ID Number
If you are in a centralised portal, your group has a unique identifying group number in the system, which must be used when adding any staff member to the portal. This ensures that your staff receive training assigned to the group and appear in your staff reporting.
Important: Please speak to Ideagen Policy Logic for assistance if you do not know your Group ID number.
Conditions of the Manager role:
- When adding individual users, they can only be added to a group using a Bulk Upload Spreadsheet.
- The people in 'Your Team' are added to your team from the Users list using the field 'Manager'. Each user is assigned a Manager. A user can be assigned a Manager directly from editing the user, or through an import.
- Managers can assign learning from Content (Explore menu), a User Profile or from Manage.
