We are introducing a new, improved identity management and sign-in experience. This will result in improved security and a unified sign-in and sign-out experience across all Ideagen Policy Logic apps and products. This new solution is now available in PolicyConnect and will be rolled out to additional Ideagen Policy Logic apps in the coming months

Use this form to sign in using your SSO credential (organisation email/password) or via Ideagen Policy Logic User Directory which is the traditional method of account management. 

This sign-in form allows you to access PolicyConnect with the alternative method of Local User Authentication instead of being solely dependent on SSO once that service is setup and active.

What is my access process now?

Note: the button titles are customisable and your organisation may request to have these changed. However, they cannot be reordered.

Single Sign On Users

If your IT has configured your account for SSO, to sign in:

• Navigate to your usual PolicyConnect site address e.g  complispacecollege.policyconnect.com.au  
• Click the Continue with SSO button
• You will be redirected to your Identity Provider to continue the sign in experience
• If you run into any issues coordinate with your own IT and Ideagen Policy Logic service desk

Local Authentication Users

If your IT has configured your account for Local Authentication, to sign in:

• Navigate to your usual PolicyConnect site address e.g  complispacecollege.policyconnect.com.au  
• Click the Continue with Ideagen Policy Logic User Directory button
• Enter your unique username and password for PolicyConnect

Ideagen Policy Logic Users

For Ideagen Policy Logic Staff, to sign in:

• Navigate to the approapiate PolicyConnect site address e.g  complispacecollege.policyconnect.com.au  
• Click the Continue with Ideagen Policy Logic Staff Sign button
• You will be redirected to the Microsoft's authentication experience to enter your usual Ideagen Policy Logic login
