Set up and use an eForm - Operoo integration customers
Customers who have an Operoo integration with PlanCheckGo can set-up eForms in Operoo, which can then pull out relevant PlanCheckGo excursion proposal information, when Create eForm is selected.
See here for more information about how to create an eForm in Operoo. Note: You will need to use an Event Form when you create the eForm in Operoo.
Our required template fields to set up in the Operoo Event Form is available for download, here.
Once the eForm has been set-up in Operoo with relevant fields that match the provided template and therefore, the PlanCheckGo excursion proposal, the Create eForm button can be used.
Generate an eForm from PlanCheckGo
By selecting Create eForm and then choosing the relevant eForm from the drop-down list, the new populated eForm will be retrievable from inside the Operoo system. The generated eForm will then be ready to send to parents or other relevant stakeholders.
The Create eForm button will appear once the excursion proposal has been pre-approved. The below screenshots from two different stages - Pre-approved and Pre-departure, show that an eForm has been generated (identified by the tick icon).
For assistance with eForms, please get in touch with Operoo. If this is the first time you are attempting anything related to your Operoo integration from within PlanCheckGo (i.e. you have not yet set-up the student or staff side of the integration), please contact your Ideagen Policy Logic Safe Excursions Project Manager.
NOTE: PCG will check the information in site settings for client with Operoo integration on whether the toggle called 'parentConsentEnabled' is set to true. If it is, it'll show 'Send Parent Consent' as the button instead, or if it isn't it'll show 'Create eForm'.
