A 503 error during user creation in the directory often points to a simple formatting issue with the email address.

1. Issue

This error typically occurs when the email address entered contains leading or trailing whitespace. Even a single space before or after the email can trigger the error.

2. Resolution

To resolve the issue:

1. Confirm the email address is correct.
2. Remove any spaces at the beginning or end of the email address.
3. Attempt to create the user again.
