Upload Your Subjects Into PlanCheckGo (Non-Integrated Customers Only)
If you are using PlanCheckGo for your complete excursion solution and do not have a TASS or Operoo integration enabled, Administrators (those with either the client-admin-assistant or client-admin role) can upload school subjects (including the associated School section and Year level) for the excursion proposals via SafeTripBuilder.
Once uploaded, the school section, year and subjects will appear in PlanCheckGo in the highlighted sections below:
To set this up, navigate and select the Settings gear wheel in SafeTripBuilder.
You will only see this icon if your school is using SafeTripBuilder and PlanCheckGo with no third-party vendor integration.
Next, navigate and select the 'Groups' button on the left hand side of your screen.
Select the 'Download Groups' button on the right and populate the spreadsheet which will download onto your computer.
In the spreadsheet, you can add your school section (type), year level and subjects in the space provided. The information that is populated initially in the spreadsheet can be used as an example for 'alignment' of the information.
An example of the information you would put in the spreadsheet is as follows:
- 'School Type' example, 'Senior School'
- 'Year' example, 'Year 10'
- 'Subjects' example, 'English'
Any initial data in the spreadsheet, except the column headers, can be deleted and replaced with your own school/college information.
Next, save your spreadsheet and go back to the SafeTripBuilder 'Groups' section where you can select 'Upload Groups' and upload your spreadsheet in this space. Check if the information has successfully uploaded, by logging into PlanCheckGo and clicking into the 'Year', 'Subjects', 'Subject' space provided.
