Prior to departing on your excursion, you need to review and complete the “Pre-Departure Checklist”. This can be found on the left-hand menu of your Excursion Space labelled “Pre-Departure Checklist”. Then select the "Pre-Departure Checklist" button on the right. 

Upon completing the checklist, press 'Save & Close' at the bottom of the checklist. You can export the pre-departure checklist from this space from the blue button on the right. You can access the online version at any time by clicking the 'Complete Pre-departure Checklist' button again. 

You may depart for your excursion. Please ensure you do not click Complete Excursion until you come back from the excursion and then you can progress to the post-excursion details
