How to Customise Your Registers and Forms Dashboards in Assurance
The Registers and Forms Dashboards contain a number of snapshots for assessing and reporting on the forms currently in your Registers and organised by template.

To Customise your Registers and Forms Dashboards
1. Click Dashboards in the top menu
2. Select Registers and Forms Dashboards from the dropdown menu
Here you will see a list of all of the Registers and Forms Templates in your organisation, grouped into the Template Category. This will also show the number of open items in each template.
3. Select the template name that you would like to see the dashboards for.
4. Click the Add Snapshot button
5. Select from a range of dashboards that you would like to view. You may select multiple snapshots.
6. Click Add
The Dashboard Snapshots Available
On each dashboard you will have access to several snapshots that give information on the items in the template. The snapshots available are listed below.
Please Note: The period filter can be changed by clicking the three dots on the top right hand corner of every snapshot.
Open
This snapshot shows the number of open items in this template over a 4 month period.
New
Closed
This snapshot shows the trend of reported items being closed in this template over a 4 month period.
Registers and Forms Waiting for Approval
This snapshot shows the Registers and Forms currently waiting for approval in this template, separated into date ranges.
Registers and Forms Stages
This snapshot breaks down the items in this template into the stages that they are currently in.
Expiring Registers and Forms
This snapshot shows the items in this template that are approaching their End Date.
Average Days for Approval
This snapshot show the average number of days it took for a reported item to be approved from the day the approval was requested to when the approval was completed.
Average Days in a Stage
This snapshot shows the average number of days that reported items in this template spent in a particular stage before leaving.
