You will receive e-mail notifications when the following conditions are met.  

Lead Teacher Notifications 

• Your proposal is submitted 
• Your proposal has been approved/declined/action is required (at both pre and final approval stages)
• Your proposal has been cancelled

Approver Notifications 

• As a pre-approver - proposal ready for pre-approval
• As a final approver - proposal ready for final approval
• If there is more than one pre or final approver, when your colleague approves the excursion you will receive a notification

Administrator notifications 

• The status of an excursion you are assigned to has been updated, all the way up until final approval is given
