How to Replace Documents in the Assurance Document Library
Documents can easily be replaced with a newer version in your Assurance Document Library. Once replaced, the document permalink used in applications such as PolicyConnect or elsewhere will be updated to reflect the latest version of the document. You will not need to replace the link wherever it lives outside of Assurance.

Replacing Documents in the Assurance Document Library
1) Navigate to the Assurance Document Library by selecting on Documents from the Resources menu.
2) Select the Document Key to replace with a newer version.
3) Select the Replace button.
4) Upload the newer version of the document from your computer files and select Open.
5) The document will automatically be replaced with the newer version.
Finding the Version History and Downloading Historical Versions of the Document
Previous versions of the documents are available from the Attachments History tab. On the right you can Download historical versions of the document. You will find information here about the File Name, Author, File Type, Size and when the document was Created at.
