Setting your PolicyConnect Password from the Welcome Email
The first time you login to your PolicyConnect site, you will receive an email that resembles the example below:
Click the link at the bottom of the email (your screen should come up with the login page below) and enter in your user name and temporary password provided in the email, in the space provided.
From here, you will be asked to set a new password.
Once you have set your new password, navigate to your PolicyConnect site and log in with your new password. This article will take you through how to log in to PolicyConnect.
The email you receive to set your password has an expiry. If you do not set the password within 7 days, please contact your PolicyConnect administrator and they will re-create your account, which will send you a new welcome email.
Troubleshooting steps
If you cannot login to PolicyConnect, please try these steps:
- If you have forgotten your password, re-set it by following these instructions
- If you have the correct login information but still can't login, follow these instructions
Please Note: If your login page does not resemble the images displayed above, please contact your internal IT team for assistance, as this means you are using Single Sign-On, not a Ideagen Policy Logic User Directory.
