The Registers and Forms feature in Assurance includes:
- Fields associated with it that you can save data and upload attachments.
- Public Links: Submission through a Public Link for users outside of Assurance.
- Access Rights to grant users access to the register data.
- Workflow consisting of a number of stages that could require approval.
- Risk Assessment: Assess risk with a risk matrix on your Register Template.
- MergeDocs: Merge Document templates and Reference Documents.
- Conditional Notifications that are triggered based on certain conditions being met.
- Reference Documents: Easily link to your policies and procedures, manuals, guides and templates.
- Recommended Actions and Checklists: Based on your policies and standard operating procedures.
- Linked Forms: Ability to demonstrate relationships between Forms by linking to other Registers.
- Credentials: May have eligibility criteria for suppliers associated with it (in the case of contracts).
