This article explains how to assign learning to a user via their User Profile, which is useful when assigning multiple courses to an individual user.

Assigning learning

To assign learning via a User Profile:

1. Open Ideagen Learn.
2. Go to Administer.
3. Select Users.
4. Search for the user.
5. Click their name to open their profile.
6. Click the ... (three-dot) button in the top-right of the screen.
7. Select Assign Learning from the drop down list.
8. Search for each training item and click to select from the menu.
   Multiple courses can be assigned at one time
9. Add a Due Date if required.
   This is optional and the same date will apply to all courses selected.
10. Click Assign.
