Group Publishing
As a group administrator, you have the ability to publish content updates to each of the child sites in your group simultaneously. This is achieved using the Group Publish feature.
You have two options available to you when using the Group Publish feature.
The Publish Only option, which is the default option, will publish updates to your child sites, which will then need to be manually reviewed and accepted by the administrators of each site.
The Publish and Accept Changes for all Child Sites option will publish updates to each of your child sites, but will also automatically accept the changes on each site. Using this method, the administrators of each child site will not see any pending update notifications for the affected modules.
How to use the Group Publish feature
-
From your parent site, enter Administrator View.
-
Enter the Settings menu by selecting the settings button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
-
In the left-hand side menu, select the ‘Group Publish’ option.
