If your user directory contains a large number of accounts, you may wish to use the search feature to locate a specific account.

1. In the user directory home page, there is a drop-down filter menu above the user table that is set to All Users by default.
   
   

   

    

2. Clicking on the menu will open a list of fields to filter by. In this example we will be searching by surname by selecting the Surname option.
   
   

   

    

3. Once we have selected the Surname option, a search bar will appear next to the drop down menu. Type in the surname of the user you wish to locate and press the return/enter key. The user table will now be filtered to show only a list of users with surnames that match the text you have entered.
