This article explains how you can create a new form in the system.

Creating a form

Registers and Forms tab

To create a form:

1. Open the Registers and Forms tab.
2. Click Create New.

3. A list of Registers will be displayed in the pop-up window
    Type to search and select the name of the Form you would like to create.
4. Enter the details of the Form.

You can also create a new form by selecting the Create button in a particular Register itself.
