If you have create rights, you can create a new Form by selecting the Registers and Forms tab and then selecting the blue Create New button in the top right-hand corner of the Registers and Form pop-up window.

A list of Registers will be displayed in the Create New pop-up window. Type to search and select the name of the Form you would like to create and enter the details of the Form.

You can also create a new form by selecting the Create button in the particular Register itself.
