How to Edit Optional Notifications
Notification can be switched on or off as required in your CompliLearn portal. In most cases, Content Administrators will be able to edit the wording of notifications. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to edit notifications in your CompliLearn portal.
To Edit Notifications in your CompliLearn Portal
1. Click your User Avatar in the top right
2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
3. Click Notifications in the left-hand menu
Important Note: the following functions will not be visible if the slider beneath Send emails from portal is switched to No. This slider must be switched to Yes to make the below changes and to enable email notifications. To switch the slider to Yes simply click on it, please see the example below:
4. Check or uncheck the box in the Enabled column to enable or disable notifications
5. (Optional) Click Edit to view and edit the notification text
Note: If you are editing a notification for a specific/one-off purpose, remember to reset the notification to original wording.
