Excursion Approval
Once an excursion proposal has been submitted it will be forwarded to the selected excursion Approver who will review the excursion outline provided and will either:

Decline the proposal -you will receive a notification, and your excursion will automatically go to the ‘Archive’.

Change the status to Action Required - you need to provide more information or edit some details of your proposal. This required information will be sent to you in a comment via email.
- Approve - your excursion has been given pre-approval or final approval on the basis that you complete your excursion space. To receive final approval you must have completed the Risk Assessment as well.
You will receive email notifications advising you of the above changes made by your Approver. Only upon your excursion being marked as “pre-approved”, will you be able to continue to your excursion space to complete your risk assessment and submit for final approval.
