Resetting your PolicyConnect Password
Please note: The password reset function will not work unless you have previously set a password during your account set up. If you have not set up your account and the link in your welcome email has expired, you will need to contact Ideagen Policy Logic to have your account re-created.
Resetting Your Password

Navigate to your PolicyConnect site and click the blue
Loginbutton. -
Click the
Forgot your password?link just above theSign inbutton. -
Enter your username and click the
Reset my passwordbutton. Your username will be the same as the email address you signed up with. -
A password reset code will been sent to your email address. Check your inbox, and confirm that you have received an email from
noreply@complispace.com.au -
On the password reset screen, copy the 6-digit code in the email and paste it into the field labelled
Code. -
Enter a new password. Your new password must meet the requirements listed beneath the password fields.

Click the
Change Passwordbutton.

Your password has now been reset. You will be redirected to a log in page where you may use your new credentials to sign in to your PolicyConnect site.
