Some information about other learners and the courses assigned to the Group is available in Groups by default. This includes the full names of learners.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to hide details about a learner in a group.

To Hide Details About Learners in a Group

1. Click the Avatar in the top right of your screen. This may appear as your initials.

2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu that appears

3. Select Configuration in the left-hand menu

4. Scroll down to User Menus

5. Tick the Hide Groups Menu Item for Learners check box

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit
