Enforcing Approvers
As an Administrator in PlanCheckGo (complispace_stb_client_admins role), you have the ability to lock in default approvers for your excursion proposals. This means your staff cannot change the default approvers when they are creating an excursion proposal.
How to set default approvers
1) Navigate to your PlanCheckGo site and select your initials in the top right-hand corner
2) Select Admin
3) Select Site Settings
4) From here, you'll need to select the check-box next to whichever approval you want to enforce and then click into the white space and add names from the drop-down list.
Select Submit.
Your approvers now cannot be changed by anyone in the proposal stage.
