Group Locking Page Visibility Toggle
PolicyConnect Group Administrators have the ability to lock the visibility of pages at the group level, preventing child site administrators from turning off important pages.
To group lock page visibility:
1. Enter administrator view.
2. In the left-hand navigation menu, locate the page you wish to group lock.
3. Click on the open padlock icon next to the page heading to lock the page's visibility or click the closed padlock icon to unlock the page's visibility.
Note: If you lock a child page, it's parent page will automatically lock. This is to ensure that the pathway to the important page is open.
4. In this scenario, we unlocked the "PolicyConnect Onboarding Module" page visibility toggle. Click on the save icon.
5. Click on 'Proceed' to save your changes.
6. The visibility toggle for this page, and the whole module (as it is the first page in the module) is now unlocked. This means that child site Administrators will be able to choose to hide the whole module, if they wish on their Table of Contents.
Please Note: These changes are immediately applied to the child sites.
