How to Upload a Certificate or PDF to CompliLearn - Learner Guide
As part of the Course or Award you have been assigned, there may be a section where you are required to upload a certificate you have received from an external training provider.
The below videos show you how to upload this certificate. In both cases, it's required that you have already downloaded the certificate onto your computer in a familiar spot so it's easy to find and upload. Please be sure the file name is labelled clearly, and fits within 100 characters as exceeding this limit may prevent a successful upload.
For a Course, the assignments need to be marked before the Course is registered as complete. An Award may require marking too - it depends on the settings applied to the Award.
