PolicyConnect allows for administrators to view the version history of documents or URLs added to Quick Links. Deleting a Quick Link will also delete it’s version history.

How to View A Quick Link’s Version History

1. From your PolicyConnect homepage, enter administrator view.

2. Locate the Quick Link section that contains the Quick Link you wish to review, and click the icon.
   
   

    

3. Beneath the Quick Link you wish to review, click on the button in between the and buttons.
   
   

    

4. A window will now appear with a list of previous versions.
   
   

    

How to Revert a Quick Link to a Previous Version

1. Open the version history window of the Quick Link you would like to revert.

2. Locate the version you would like to revert to, and locate the Revert button next to the version you wish to revert to. You may need to use the scroll bar at the bottom of the table if the buttons are not already visible.
   
   

    

3. Click the Revert button to revert your Quick Link to a previous version.
