How to Link Forms, Tasks/Actions and Checklists in Assurance
Data that is captured in the Assurance system can be linked together so that your organisation can identify trends in the data and hone in on an area of focus or safety/risk concern.
Registers and Forms can be linked from any of the following:
- Individual form/entry on the Register
- Task or task assignment
- Checklist or checklist assignment
This article will first demonstrate how to link Registers and Forms together. As you can see in the following screenshot, SAFETY-6 is linked to one item on the OHSHAZ Register. This item is the Needles and Syringes Hazard. When the Hazard is reviewed, there will be linked data in the form of an incident to support the Hazard rating.
