Import users into SafeTripBuilder and common errors
When importing users with their assigned roles into SafeTripBuilder, the following message should appear if the import has been successful:

Upload Errors
Below are some common upload errors which may occur when importing users. We have included ways to resolve these errors.
Error - missing email address
To resolve this error, ensure that every row following and including row 4 has the email cell populated.
Error - missing role assignment
To resolve this error, ensure that at least one role has been granted to the users in every row following and including row 4.
Error - invalid role assignment
To resolve this error, ensure that you have only used the letter Y to allocate roles (there will be an error if you have used an N anywhere) and that you have not entered any Y in a cell that is not intended for role allocation.
Error - column label not found in CSV
To resolve this error, please reinstate the column header 'Client Admin', as no column header's in row 1 should be deleted.
