How to Update the End Date Notifications on a Form in Assurance
Who is this article for?Full Users who want guidance on updating the End Date notifications on a form in Assurance.
Full User Type is required. Only the Person Responsible or Full User with Update Rights can change the End Date.
The Person Responsible or Full User with Update Rights can configure each form in a register with individual End Date notifications, if the default End Date field is present.
Please note
The End Date settings will only appear if the default End Date field has been added to the register template.
1. Updating the End Date notifications on a form
Once the default End Date field has been added to the register template, follow these steps to update the End Date notifications on a form:
1. Select Registers and Forms on the navigation menu and select the name of the register.
2. Select the Key or Title from the list of results to open the form.
3. Select the Settings section located on the right side of the form.
1.1. Notifications before End Date
Notifications Before End Date allows you to modify how long before a form is due to close that notifications are sent out. You can change the frequency of notifications by selecting the Repeated tick box. If you want no notifications before the End Date, select on the bin icon to remove the notification.
1.2. Notifications after End Date
Selecting Notifications After End Date allows you to change the frequency of notifications that are sent out to the Person(s) Responsible after the End Date. You cannot remove End Date notifications, if an End Date has been entered on a form.
