How to Adjust the Visibility of a Page
As an administrator, you have the ability to choose which policy pages users will be able to view. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to turn the visibility of policy pages on or off.
How to Turn the Visibility of a Policy Page On or Off:
1. Click the Eye icon in the top menu to enter Administrator View
2. Select the Module that the Policy page resides in. In this example we will be hiding a policy page from with the "Welcome to Ideagen Policy Logic" module.
2. Click the Slider next to the Policy Page that you want to turn the visibility off for.

In the below example image we have turned the visibility off for "Who is Ideagen Policy Logic?" and "PolicyConnect Navigation Quick Guide."
3. If you do not want these visibility settings to be applied to your child pages, click the blue toggle next to Apply to all child pages. If you do want these visibility settings to be applied to your child pages ensure that the toggle is blue.
4. Click OK.
5. Click the Save button to save your changes or click the X button to cancel your changes.
6. Select Proceed to save your changes.
7. To confirm your changes, switch back to Client User view by clicking the Eye icon in the top menu and check that the selected policy page reflects the changes that you have made.
