From time to time, learners may need to download the full certificate for the completion of some learning in CompliLearn. The following process shows how this can be done.

Always start at 'My learning' and the 'Completed' tab.

Courses

1. Select the learning item card from the 'My Learning' section under the 'Completed' heading 

2. Go to View Completion History for this course on the right. It might say, View your previous results

3. Download the certificate by selecting the view certificate button on the next screen
