Where else is this context key used across my site?
As an administrator, you can check where a context key is used throughout your site.
This feature will give you the peace of mind when you update a context key that the new answer will still apply in all cases where the context key is used. Remember, when you update a context key in one place, it updates the answer everywhere that key is used.
Once you know where a context key is used, this could change your decision about the naming of the new value of the context key.
Pop-out Modal
Within each page of content, you will see context keys highlighted yellow (if incomplete) or grey (if complete).
- Click on the highlighted text
- Navigate to the bottom of the Pop-out Modal
- If the Context key is non-global, then there will be a Location section that lists all pages where the context key is used across your site.
Context Library
In the settings area of PolicyConnect, users can find the Context Library.
The Context Library is organised into columns and shows all questions for a site.
Under the Actions column, you will see three dots.
- Select these three dots on any non-global context key to access a drop-down menu.
- Select View site usage
- This will open a modal that shows the location of where the context key is used across your PolicyConnect site and how often it appears on each page.
- You can navigate to each page via the hyperlinked text.
