How to Create a Risk Gap Report in Assurance

The Risk Gap Report enables you to report risks on your Assurance site, highlighting the difference between target and current risk ratings for each risk.
Please note
In order to create a risk gap report, Target Risk must be enabled in your Risk Matrix Setup.
1. How to create a risk gap report?
1. To run this report, select on Reports from the navigation bar.
2. Under the Built In Reports section, filter for Risks then select Risk Gap Report.
2. How to apply filters to the risk gap report?
1. Filter the report to include only the desired risk template by selecting on the filter bar.
2. To add additional filter, select Add Another Filter and filter by fields such as Business Unit, Risk Flag, Risk Classification, or Risk Gap.
3. How to set up the risk gap report format?
1. To rearrange fields in the report, drag and drop them by selecting and holding the ellipsis.
2. To add more fields, type to search in the box below Fields.
3. You can also Sort & Goup your report by various fields, such as grouping by the Risk Gap.
4. How to add summaries and charts to the risk gap report?
This report can include various Summary & Charts, notably the Risk Gap Chart.
Selecting this option will add a matrix chart displaying the number of risks in your system that are rated above or below their Target Risk.
5. How to include the Risk Target Gap to the risk gap report?
Including the Risk Target Gap field shows the gap (if any) each risk is from its target in the report.
The dot represents the target risk, and 'R' indicates the current risk rating. These risks are currently rated above their target.
Risks rated equal to their target will only show 'R' in the Risk Target Gap.
6. How to export the risk gap report?
You can export your report as a PDF or Spreadsheet. Select Export for PDF or select the dropdown arrow for additional options. For a spreadsheet, select Spreadsheet to download a CSV file.
